Biography

Aysu Okbay is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics at the VU. She got her PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2017. Her research interests lie at the intersection of biology and social sciences, with a focus on unravelling the genetic basis of behaviors that are relevant for the social sciences, such as educational attainment.
